Citizen Kane -Citizen Kane is a 1941 American drama film. It was directed by Orson Welles and also starred him as Charles Foster Kane. This film is often considered one of the greatest films ever made because of Welles' innovative cinematography, music and narrative structure. Following the death of a publishing tycoon, news reporters scramble to discover the meaning of his final utterance.A critical success, Citizen Kane failed to recoup its costs at the box-office. The film faded from view soon after but its reputation was restored, initially by French critics and more widely after its American revival in 1956. There is a semi-official consensus among film critics that Citizen Kane is the greatest film ever made, which has led Roger Ebert to quip: "So it's settled: Citizen Kane is the official greatest film of all time." Treasure of the Sierra Madre - Fred C. Through enormous difficulties, they eventually succeed in finding gold, but bandits, the elements, and most especially greed threaten to turn their success into disaster. The Treasure of The Sierra Madre is based on a group of 3 men who go out to find gold in the mountains, the main point of this movie is that money isn't everything and that the friends we make in life will last forever and money can't buy happiness.

Terry witnesses a murder by two of Johnny's thugs, and later meets the dead man's sister and feels responsible for his death. She introduces him to Father Barry, who tries to force him to provide information for the courts that will smash the dock racketeers. Terry Malloy is portrayed by Marlon Brando, and in this film, he provides method acting, giving this film a realistic feel to it.

Seven Samurai -A poor village under attack by bandits recruits seven unemployed samurai to help them defend themselves, which is set in Japan in the 16th century. Through an ongoing battle the samurai and the bandits end there battle. The 1954 Japanese adventure drama film co-written, edited, and directed by Akira Kurosawa. The film takes place in Warring States period in Japan. It follows the story of a village of farmers that hire seven masterless samurai to combat bandits who will return after the harvest to steal their crops. This film was remade in 1960, but was titled The Magnificent Seven, and was directed by John Sturges. In The Magnificent Seven, instead of seven samurai protecting a Japanese village from bandits, its plot revolves around seven gunmen hired to protect a Mexican village from bandits. This movie is presented in all Japanese and no English, except for subtitles.
